China's GDP grows 4.6% in 3rd qtr, slowing from 2nd qtr

China's economy in the July-September period grew a real 4.6 percent from a year earlier, official data showed Friday, with the pace of expansion slowing from the previous quarter amid a continued property sector crisis and weak spending.
